Corrective exercises can help make any pain you are experiencing disappear. These exercises will strengthen and correct the irregularities of your body. Most of these exercises are able to be performed in the comfort of your own home.

Wellness Care
There is a plethora of things you can do to improve your health. We are here to help you find a balance between healthy eating and consuming your favorite treats in moderation. When you come in for your appointment, we will discuss ways we can improve and personalize your diet.

Chiropractic Adjustments
A chiropractic adjustment will make your body feel amazing. Other terminology for chiropractic adjustments are as follows: chiropractic manipulation, manual manipulation, or spinal manipulation. The adjustment refers to the manipulation of the vertebrae that has abnormal movements and are not functioning properly. A chiropractic adjustment will assist in alleviating these issues.

Physical Therapy
Physical therapy rehabilitation uses mechanical force and movement to improve mobility, function, and even quality of life through examination, diagnosis, prognosis, and physical intervention. Our physical therapists are trained and licensed to examine, evaluate, diagnose, and treat impairment, functional limitations, and disabilities in patients.

Auto Accidents
An auto accident has the ability to tweak your neck, your spine, or even force your entire body out of proper alignment. Our trained professionals are ready to locate the source of each issue and prescribe the necessary adjustments and corrective exercises as they see fit. Our goal is to have you feeling like yourself again in no time.

These are just some of the services that we provide here at Rocky Mountain Chiropractic. We love providing our patients with an enjoyable and pain-free life, so don’t hesitate to stop on by!

Laser Therapy
Our educated chiropractor will place the cold laser directly on the injured area for a few minutes. At this time, the non-thermal photons of lights will be emitted from the laser and pass through the skin layers. The light has the ability to penetrate two to five centimeters below the skin at 90 mw and 830 nm.

Ultrasound
Ultrasound Therapy is a chiropractic treatment used to help reduce muscle pain and increase range of motion. By using sound waves, we are able to stimulate deep inside the tissue. This minimizes stiffness, swelling, and pain while also promoting circulation, and pain-free movement.

Electrotherapy
Stimulation can be a fantastic tool to assist you in feeling better. When applied to tissue, electric currents create thermal, physiological, and chemical responses. The currents also alter pain impulses.

Kinesio Taping
Kinesio tape is a special type of adhesive tape that is placed on the body to help promote muscle function and recovery from injuries.

Massage
There are many reasons patients come to us for massage therapy. Whether you were injured during an auto accident, playing a sport, or a work related incident, we are here to alleviate any discomfort you may have. Our entire staff is dedicated to improving your health. Our compassionate and educated chiropractors will work with you every step of the way. Results of an injury can vary from person to person, so it is important to speak with our wonderful staff to see how we can help you. Our number one goal is to help you feel like yourself again.

Sports Injuries
Sports can be very taxing on your body, no matter what you play. Our trusted staff will work with you to get to the root of your problem and help you feel better again. We help treat and also prevent injuries in the neck, back, shoulders, knees, and ankles. We are able to manually adjust your spine, relieving any pain that you are feeling. This will allow your body to function much better after the injury.

Work Injuries
Many work related injuries can be caused by your everyday activities. Most careers require the worker to perform repetitive movements daily and over time they can lead to trauma in the body. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is one example of a repetitive stress work related injury. Chiropractic care is a very successful treatment option for work related injuries because we offer various techniques to treat the symptoms.

Traction Therapy
Many people may have heard stories about their friends having treatment for their spinal pains in hospitals or physiotherapy clinics where they were strapped into a contraption and having their back or neck stretched. This device is called a traction machine. To some the description may sound intimidating or even medieval, but in fact, traction is a very gentle form of treatment and is extremely effective when applied appropriately in specific conditions.

Ultratherapy
Ultherapy is the only non-invasive treatment cleared by the FDA for lifting the skin on the neck, chin, and brow, and improving lines and wrinkles on the décolletage. Ultherapy uses microfocused ultrasound to lift and tighten loose skin over time, without any downtime.

Subluxation
To put it plainly, it’s when a vertebra has lost its normal position. This loss of position interferes with the function of the surrounding joints and/or tissues. A more in-depth explanation: A subluxation (which can result from physical, chemical, and mental stressors) occurs when one or more spinal vertebrae move out of position and create stress or irritation on nearby nerves, preventing the body from functioning optimally. The goal of the chiropractic adjustment is to remove or correct subluxations, which eliminates any interference to the nervous system and improve spinal function and overall health.

While you can have subluxation(s) without any noticeable symptoms, there are some indicators or symptoms of subluxation, such as neck pain, back pain, headaches, dizziness or balance issues, muscle spasms, tightness or weakness, reduced mobility, joint pain, numbness or tingling in extremities, low energy and more.
